What's Included in the Challenge
  • A strategy session with one our knowledgeable trainers. During this session you’ll learn where you are, and we'll discuss where you want to go – essentially, what you want to achieve. The purpose of this session is to eliminate bottlenecks and create a blueprint that is personalized to you and your lifestyle that will deliver results – which we will teach you how to maintain. At the end of your session you will have a simple step-by-step plan for how to achieve the results that you want.
  • 3 small group personal training sessions per week designed to maximize your results. Your training program will be customized for you, so before you get started we’ll address what will work best for you based on your body, lifestyle, schedule and restrictions.
  • Nutritional coaching. We will meet with you to design a meal plan that works with your unique needs and lifestyle. This nutrition program is designed to help you get excited about the changes to your diet rather than dread them. You will be given step-by-step guidance in a simple way throughout the entirety of your transformation challenge.
  • Mindset Training. This challenge is not a boot camp, it’s a total body transformation challenge, and the way that you see yourself is a big part of your ultimate transformation. Throughout the challenge we will work with you to overcome the years of self-consciousness and doubting yourself to help you finally feel confident.
  • Accountability check-ins and weigh-ins. Your coaches will meet with you regularly to discuss and work on anything that is holding you back to make sure that you get the best results possible.
  • Dedicated coaching. We will literally run through the wall for you. We are ruthlessly committed to you and will be there to help you out when you need us; even when you don't think you do.
  • Unlimited high fives. Get ready for high energy, community and an experience that is completely unique.
